Dear brothers and sisters, members of the National Dialogue Conference Mr. Jamal Benomar , Head of the Mission of the Gulf Cooperation Council The Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations.
We meet today to close the Conference on National Dialogue after national efforts you have made to develop solutions and visions of the different national issues

Experience in Yemeni dialogue and the transfer of power was a unique experience because it has renounced violence that many countries have fallen.

I invite all members to the best interests of the nation above everything else and I am confident that the member with the remaining issues deal in the same national responsible spirit they showed during previous phases of the conference.

He is mistaken who thinks he can change the track of national dialogue for individuals, groups or parties because all the Yemeni people carefully following the results of the conference and we should all be in the major political, economic and security .

Difficulties exist and will continue , but the failure is not our choice because the Yemeni people chose success when he chose the dialogue.

Dear brothers and sisters, members of the National Dialogue,

You have achieved success in the development of solutions to many complex problems , continue to work to create a good ground for the implementation of the results of the national dialogue.

We reach a just solution to the South based on the resolution of past injustices and rework the union contract between all components of Yemen in the framework of a unified Yemen federal state.

The remaining unresolved issues in the question of South would not difficult to solve by giving higher priority to national interests and the spirit of consensus and partnership and it is important to note that the first characteristics of the solution reached the South issue which has not been reached in the union agreement in 1990 and the document of the covenant and agreement in 1994.

development issues in a number of Yemeni areas and issues of human rights and freedoms and good governance have not been absent from the conference dialogue but they were among its flagship titles . and solutions to all questions should not exceed the GCC initiative and the relevant resolutions of the Security Council of the United Nations aimed at the stability and unity of Yemen.

In conclusion, I am aware of the fear and anxiety about the unity of our people and our nation but unity is our destiny and our destiny is the power , pride and dignity of our people , we will return to build a new Yemen , based on a document that will form the basis of the vision that we will build together.
Yemenis chose wisdom and peaceful solutions , Yemen has now become a model for other countries.
