Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi met here on Tuesday with Algerian ambassador to Yemen Abdul-Qader Hejazi.
At the meeting, al-Qirbi and Hejazi discussed the underway arrangements for the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) countries to be held in Algeria late in May.
They stressed the importance of coordinating the two countries’ positions and holding a consultation session between Yemen and Algeria on the sidelines of the NAM meeting.
They also reviewed the current political situations in the two countries and the developments of the political process in Yemen.
